TRAUMA THERAPY AND EMDR
Trauma-informed therapy focuses on safety, trust, choice, and empowerment. EMDR may help reduce distress connected to traumatic or difficult experiences when it is clinically appropriate and the client is ready.

ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, AND EMOTIONAL WELLNESS
Counseling can help you understand emotions, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier coping skills. Treatment may include CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and problem-solving.

SUBSTANCE USE AND RECOVERY
Nonjudgmental substance use counseling is available for individuals working toward change or maintaining recovery. Treatment may address triggers, cravings, coping skills, relapse prevention, motivation, and co-occurring mental health concerns.

COUNSELING FOR ADOLESCENTS
Counseling helps adolescents address anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, family stress, substance use concerns, and difficult life changes. Parent or guardian involvement will be discussed according to the adolescent’s needs and applicable privacy requirements.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Ethical and supportive clinical supervision is available for qualifying professionals pursuing credentials through the Kentucky Board of Alcohol and Drug Counselors.
